TVDSB families, students in grades 5-12, and staff are invited to share their experiences this year through a check-in survey.

Students who are under 18 years of age, please have a conversation with your parent/guardian before completing the survey. Parent or guardian consent is required for you to participate.

Family and student surveys are available in 9 languages: English, French, Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Hindi, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and Urdu.  

TVDSB values all feedback and is committed to continuing to provide support to the TVDSB community and address the needs of the system.
